Any fabric from the loom may have imperfections, runs, small holes, etc. Defects are often beyond our control. When flaws do occur, we will compensate for these irregularities by sending you extra yardage, in lieu of the inferior fabric.

Fabric shrinkage rates will vary by your washing and drying methods. We recommend washing and drying all fabric before cutting; or obtaining warp & weft shrinkage for pattern adjustment with greige cutting.

Orders of twenty yards or less may be folded to ship. Orders of more than 20 yards or more are rolled on tubes (ROT) and may ship in more than 1 piece.

If you need a continuous fabric piece, please email us & we will do our best to accommodate you.

In-stock fabric and swatches ship within 3-5 days. All other orders may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. We will contact you if there is a delay in shipping your order.

Payment for fabric orders less than 20 yards can be made online by debit/credit cards. Fabric orders larger than 20 yards require cash, check, bank transfer, or money order for payment. Custom order and larger fabric orders require a 50% deposit and payment in full prior to FOB.

All sales are final.

Marked, washed and/or altered fabric cannot be returned.

Only damaged or flawed fabrics can be exchanged for similar or alternative goods, depending on availability and price.

Only fabric returns with prior approval will be accepted.
